New Novella Available
All episodes of Residual are now available. If you’ve not heard of episodic fiction, Residual is simply a mini novel that I release in parts on a weekly basis. As of right now, the full story has been published. For the cost of a coffee, you can subscribe and read Residual...among other perks. Monthly subscriptions are very flexible.
Mindful Moments
Ever wake up anxious, frazzled, or feeling like your brain is an internet browser with 20 tabs open? Ever been utterly exhausted at the end of the day, but when you hit your bed your mind just won't settle down? Tired of doomscrolling? Journaling. Journaling is one of my favorite self-care tools….and it doesn't have to break the bank. (That being said - I'm a stationery weirdo so I like the quality products.) In any case journaling doesn't have to be a dear diary, I feel sad kind of a thing.
Journaling can look like saving movie ticket stubs, play bills, or printing out photos from the first time you went axe throwing. Journaling can look like wellness tracking - steps, sleep, stomach pain, etc - with graphs and charts. It can serve as a brain dump of all the things you want to do that day or week, and beyond. A journal could be a tiny photo album that you use to store flowers and leaves you find on a hike.
The thing to remember is journaling should make you feel good…or, at least better. Happy to walk you through it, and join you on your journal journey. Drop me a line.
Ever writing,
Nicole
